Tejas Tubes was founded by a musician for musicians and audiophiles. We provide excellent testing, screening, matching, and grading of top quaility NOS vacuum tubes. If you are looking for the best in vacuum tubes and service, you have come to the right place.

Testing:

All tubes are completely tested for gas, shorts, leakage, and transconductance on our unforgiving, COMPUTERIZED and calibrated Hickok 118B cardmatic tester and our Amplitrex AT-1000. Balanced triode tubes are available in limited quantities as most lots will contain only 10% where both triodes are balanced.  Balanced tubes for phase inverters and other applications are an extra $10.00 per tube. Power output tubes are also tested and matched on our Amplitrex AT-1000 as well as our Maxi-Matcher to provide tightly matched pairs within 1-3 milliamps of current draw.

Noise Testing/Grading:

All pre-amp tubes are noise tested in an actual circuit at our facility for microphonics and noise and in our VTV Tube characterizer, and then dual section tubes are further graded for the closest section matching possible. We also use an independent laboratory for critical noise screening for Super Low Noise tubes for phono sections, microphones, and other critical applications. Tejas Tubes Ships Worldwide except to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Liberia, Rwanda, Somalia, Venezuela and UNITA (Angola)!

All tubes are professionally packed ultra-safe and usually ship the same day you place your order.   International shipping is via EMS Global express mail for shipping worldwide. Overnite processing of your order is available at $50 extra.

Payment: 

You can pay for your items by Visa, Mastercard, Amex. or Discover, as well as personal check, business check, cashiers check, US postal money order, bank wire transfer, or good ol cash in USD.  Just send us an email with the items you want to purchase. If you are planning on using bank wire transfer then please plan on adding $35 to the total for bank wire receiving fees. Email us your order and we will send you an invoice along with payment instructions, or call us with your credit card number and we can take your order over the phone.

Policies:

10 day return policy. No cash refunds. All sales are final.  Merchandise credit or exchange less 25% restocking fee.  All exchanges credits are at the discretion of Tejas Tubes LLC.  Tubes must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by a valid RMA number and received within 10 of receipt of your order. Tubes returned not in their original condition or later than 10 days from you receiving your order will be returned at buyers expense. All tubes are FULLY tested prior to shipment.  We do not guarantee any level of umos measurement on your tube test equipment or how any tube will perform in any given circuit. Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer, and S&H and insurance is non-refundable. Exchanges may be made on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Tejas Tubes and tubes returned for exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and buyer is responsible for shipping fees to ship out replacement tubes. When returning tubes to us, we strongly suggest packing the tubes properly and securely (the way they were packed when we shipped them to you), and fully insuring any returns to us as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected shipments. Padded envelopes are unacceptable for thereturn of vacuum tubes.  Tubes must be double boxed and packed properly.  Tubes received which are not packed properly will be returned to customer at their expense. If you require something special then please let us know. We aim to please! If you require pictures or test results, then we will send you an invoice for your tubes which you can pay online. After we receive your payment, then we will gladly send you pictures as well as test results for final approval before shipping. We do not provide pictures or specific test results prior to payment.
