Toob Clampers start with the basic problem of removing parasitic forces from infecting your pristine tubes. A ultra precise 4 axis CNC milled T-651 alloy ingot is formed into a light tension glass clamping device. Then precision machined Teflon rings are locked to the outer alloy clamper as dampening devices for the dissipation of unwanted vibration both mechanically from the tube socket upward and from airborne induction.
The alloy clamping piece is designed to firmly couple to the outer surface from the vacuum tube base all the way upward to the top. This alloy material acts as a convective heat tunnel to evenly “sink” away the heat in the tube, while also acting as a even temperature control and stabilization device. In addition, the metal acts as a radio frequency shield, blocking noise interference.
The milled convective slots act as a tunnel to evenly stabilize and flow the heat of the vacuum tube. As the tube warms up, so does the Toob Clamper, reaching an even and controlled operating state. Your tubes will sound better and last longer. And the Toob Clamper is a lifelong product, replace the tubes and keep the clampers again and again.
